Important Registration & Payment
Info-1.
Registration and payment MUST be made before the event.
Because of scheduling and best use of teaching time on class
day- ALL attendees MUST be registered in advance...no
registration at the event.
2. Because of my
teaching and travel schedule plus the number of times it takes
playing phone tag back and forth.... I cannot call to get
credit card numbers and registrations over the phone. I
apologize for any inconvenience, but I am traveling and
teaching all the time and I am afraid these kinds of things will
fall through the cracks.
Paying through the website
links or faxing the registration form is best. A fax
machine can be found through your office or a friend, OR at a
copy place such as Office Depot or Kinkos etc. There are
also free fax programs you can find online to fax from your
computer (do a google search for a list of many companies.)
Again I apologize for any inconvenience but I know how important
your registration is to you and I want to lessen any situation
that might cause an error.
How to Register for Training Camps-
14 days or more,
before a Training Camp registration may be mailed or faxed in,
or pay by PayPal through the website. Click HERE for a
registration form.
8-14 days
before a Training Camp registrations cannot be mailed because
they might not arrive in time. So registrations must be
faxed in to the number on the form OR use PayPal buttons on this
website.
7 days or LESS
before a Training Camp registrations can ONLY be made with
PayPal through the website. I am probably on the road
getting ready for the Training Camp and am not home to get faxes
OR mailed registrations. Again because of traveling I
cannot call for credit card #s or phone registrations.

1. PayPal-
BEST WAY
When you pay with PayPal you will get an automated email
receipt. THIS is your payment confirmation.
I cannot always confirm each
payment personally. ALL information required for the
Training Camp can be found on the TC web page, including
supplies, class location, times etc. NO other information
will be sent so please look online for all necessary info needed
for class.

Fax- 2nd BEST WAY
Click Here to download the
registration form. Fill it out and fax it to Julie at
360-893-6916 8 or more days prior to the Training Camp. IF
you want a confirmation, email me saying you faxed/mailed your
form, and did I get it- I will email back a confirmation. If you don't have an email address, ask a
friend to have the confirmation be sent to them.
3. Mail-
Print the registration form and fill it out completely and
include payment info or MO/Check and mail to the address on the
form. See 2. Fax- above for instructions for getting an
email confirmation.
4. Email-
DO NOT email credit card information. You can email the
registration form and then call my phone to leave a message with
your credit card info. Use the same fax deadline dates.
Registration Confirmation-
PayPal payments/registrations
will receive an automated email receipt, this is your
confirmation.. no other confirmation will be received.
Mailed, Faxed or Emailed
registrations will only get a confirmation if you email a
request, stating how you sent in your registration and when.
We are not responsible
for emails not received due to spam filters, incorrect email
addresses or other email problems. If you do not get an
answer back within a reasonable amount of time, email again and
assume I did not get the first one. If you don't have an
email address, ask a friend if you can have the confirmation
sent to them on your behalf.
If you are unsure if I
received a last minute registration, bring a copy of your payment/
registration form or PayPal receipt with you the day of class. Remember
you cannot register the day of the event.
